Refund Policy

1. No refunds

All purchases in the AscendRust store (ranks, kits, perk packs and bundles) are digital goods that are delivered instantly to your account on the server. Once a purchase has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

This also applies if you:

• stop playing or don't use your rank, kit or perk,
• lose items or progress through a wipe, a raid or a server restart,
• bought the wrong item or the wrong duration,
• buy an item that is already included in a bundle you own,
• are muted, kicked or banned for breaking the server rules.

2. Right of withdrawal

At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started (§ 356 (5) BGB). Without this consent the purchase cannot be completed.

3. Item not delivered?

If you paid but did not receive your purchase, please make sure you were online on the server, then open a Store & Payments ticket on our website or email ascendrust.net@gmail.com with your order number. We will deliver the item manually. If we cannot deliver it, you will get your money back.

4. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute instead of contacting support will result in a permanent ban from the server and the Discord, and all purchased items will be removed.

5. Server changes

We may change or rebalance features, kits and perks to keep the server fair (see section 7 of our Terms). There is no claim to a refund because of such changes or because the server is temporarily unavailable.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
